Welcome to the inaugural InvestTalk Market Madness! Leave basketball behind as companies go head-to-head for supremacy. The ultimate victor walks away with a $1000 cash prize!
How It Works
Each week, companies will be pitted against each other in our InvestTalk Market Madness tournament. The company with the better market performance for that day will emerge as the winner and advance to the next round.
For example, let's say we have Company A and Company B facing off. If Company A's stock prices increase by 5% for the day while Company B's stock prices only increase by 3%, then Company A would be declared the winner for that round and move forward in the competition.
Here's the point system breakdown for your InvestTalk Market Madness:
- Opening Round: 10 points for each correct prediction
- Round of 32: 20 points for each correct prediction
- Sweet 16: 40 points for each correct prediction
- Elite 8: 80 points for each correct prediction
- Final Four: 160 points for each correct prediction
- Championship Game: 320 points for a correct prediction
So, the more accurate your predictions, the higher your total points!

- Tune in to the InvestTalk Podcast on the allotted days of play to hear the latest winners and track the market action!
The schedule for the competition is as follows:
- Opening Round: March 19th to 22nd
- Round of 32: March 25th to April 3rd
- Sweet 16: March 29th to April 3rd
- Elite 8: April 4th
- Final Four: April 5th
- Championship Game: April 8th
Previews of match-ups and the announcement of winners for each round will be shared live during our podcast. Additionally, updates will be disseminated through social media and sent directly to your email so you're always in the know!
Rules and Regulations
The winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize. If there is a tie, the prize money will be divided equally amongst the winners.
Only residents of the United States and non-clients of KPP Financial are eligible to receive a cash prize. Non-residents and clients of KPP Financial may participate in the competition but are not eligible to receive a cash prize due to SEC regulations.
